Make sure you observe what they are doing after you tell them what NOT to do. I watched a guy that knew nothing about his new 5th wheel call in a "tech" to come fix his trailer. They were back to back with me and I had no idea what was going on until I heard some loud profanity through my window. Went outside and the owner was unhappy, red faced and POd. I asked what was going on and the "tech", not being able to ascertain how to get to the underbelly of the new 5th wheel, took a sawzall to the panel.....the removal screws were along the edges hidden in the fuzzy fur on the panel. Visiting with the tech the red flags were everywhere (including the cigarette he could not remove from his mouth as the ashes etc. fell all in the bay of the RV)....the owner just didn't know.
