Toilet Floor Rot, No Support

Just bought a 2017 Outback with a soft spot under the toilet. Took out toilet and sink, cut out all the rot, now I’m ready to put new flooring down. Problem, there is no support on 2 sides of the new floor area. Anyone have any creative ideas on how to brace this floor? The red arrows are the sides that have no support. The green line shows where the camper frame is located.

Welcome to the forum

I would start by dropping the black tank and looking at the bottom side.

I unscrewed a little bit of the weather barrier from underneath, just to get a peak. Doesn’t look like anything is around. There are a couple braces holding up the tank, but they don’t seem sturdy enough to support someone standing on it.

If you have the space above the tank, could you run joists from the two good sections of floor?

When I replaced mine, I was happy to find good support under the toilet, but I framed more support anyway. One thing I also did was to jam a long 2” wide by 3/16” thick steel bar between the floor frame and the trailer frame to support my framing. The red lines are the approximate location of the bars I added
