The floor covering in Outback travel trailers is not laminate flooring, rather it is sheet vinyl. First, what are you using in the way of cleaners to mop or wipe the floor? It may be the cleaner you're using....
If you are using only clear water, then the sheet vinyl may be missing the top coat which is a clear vinyl sprayed onto the colored dye used to create the pattern. So, you may have defective sheet vinyl in your trailer....
It's not "impossible" for a 500' roll of sheet vinyl to have been "printed and topped" and during that run, the topcoat spray guns either ran out of material or somehow stopped spraying the topcoat. That would lead to the color wiping off the vinyl flooring when cleaned....
Unfortunately, about the only way to start a warranty claim on this type of issue is at the dealership service department. They'll need to examine the flooring, determine the problem and then report that to Keystone for approval to repair...
I'd suspect there are several ways to correct the problem and, depending on how large an area has the defect, the repairs may range from spraying a new topcoat on the affected area, cutting out parts of the floor to replace that section or even removing all the sheet vinyl, replacing it with a new sheet vinyl that is not defective....
So, with lots of possibilities for the cause, tif you want a warranty repair, here's only ONE way to start the process... Call the dealership and make an appointment. If you try to "take a shortcut" and call Keystone to report the problem, their ONLY response to you will be to contact your dealership, make an appointment for them to inspect the issue. Keystone simply doesn't take on repairs of this size "with the individual owner".....
