Squeaky floor, bathroom door latch

I own a 211 Springdale toy hauler, by the bathroom door the floor squeaks and the bathroom door latch does not align to lock the door. The bathroom door and frame look a bit off. Any thoughts or quick fixes?

OK... Is this it?

When was the last time you were up on the roof to check the sealant around the edges and penetrations? Since the issue is near the bathroom, is there a way you can see under the tub? An access on the outside wall perhaps to see if there is any wetness there? Any dampness on the bathroom floor (under sink or toilet)?

I checked under both areas and no sign of dampness. There was a few pin holes from Ravens pecking on the roof but that has been fix and on the other end of the trailer. I had a water pipe burst underneath and that was also fixed and working well, the repair was were the squeak it, I realized that there are other places on the floor that squeak, I can fix the door latch and was thinking it might be just ware and tear of the floor.

If you have a very sharp razor knife you can cut the Lino on a seam, do what you need to do and then use “seam sealer” to glue the edges back together. You might also consider using a latex glue underneath to hold the link in place.

Consider an air-driven pin nailer if that's possible. As long as you can ID the joint location, you can drive a half dozen pins along it and just put a microdab of sealant on the tops.
