We've had our 3220BH since last year, used it 3 times plus a whole week. Other than a few useful mods to make life easier which could have been included by the factory we have nothing to complain about. Lots of space an nicely finished considering the spartan weight.
As to payload, we buy wood when we get there. I've run our setup across the scales a coupe times and we're under, and that's a big TT for a half ton. You just have to be sensible with whatever you have.
