USB port no longer has power

Have a 17 Sprinter 334 FWFLS with two sets of USB ports in camper, one on kitchen and one in living room. The port in the kitchen has stopped working. Checked wiring and there is no power. Looking for wiring diagram to see where the wire leads to.

Lady, you have probably tripped the GFCI. Look for the receptacle that has the red reset button in the middle and try the reset. Look mainly in wet areas. And, by the way, there are no diagrams available.

Is the USB port wired to 12VDC or the outlet (110VAC)?

If its wired to the 12VDC wiring then check all the fuses in the panel. after that, you need to make sure the wiring connections are good. Ive seen my share of wire caps that look good but aren't making contact.

If it is wired to 12VDC then look for the nearest 12V item and take it out, most likely the USB port is daisy chained to it. Does it work, are the connections good? Us techs have to back trace stuff all the time. It can be time consuming.
