Bathroom sink won't stop running

It started as a lil trickle, now is basically like it's on. I've read that it maybe a washer or O ring but am not finding where these parts are.

I also read it may be from to high of pressure (from city) but we've been hooked for for a few months with no issues.

Any info is appreciated.

Welcome to the forum

Do you use a quality water pressure regulator? Not one of the cheapo plastic or brass cylinder looking ones?

RV bathroom sink faucets are extremely cheap and often times the trouble to take them apart makes it easier to just go to the. Ug box hardware store and get a decent replacement.

If you aren't using a pressure regulator (good adjustable one) and you have high pressure it can take a few months before it destroys the innards of the faucets etc.

Put on a new regulator then just get a new faucet and replace it with a better one, you'll be ahead in every way.

I don't have the pressure regulator on, the cheap one I got from Walmart restricted the flow too much. ...so I'm going to be buying a new faucet and a decent regulator.
