My initial setup as was per the instructions with the stinger level.
After one season, I adjusted it so the free end of the stinger is pointed down a few degrees (by adding washers) . This results in two benefits. As the stinger engages with the head unit, it lifts the TT tongue up and does not fight the tongue jack by trying to push it down. Second benefit is that the WD bars are biased down and further from the frame when the bar jacks are loaded.
