I believe you're asking about a "slide topper" for the rear bed slide on your Outback Terrain ?? Slide toppers are usually 42" maximum extension, the new Lippert slide toppers are 50" wide. The actual "maximum extension" is a bit less than the fabric width since some remains on the roller tube at full extension.
If I remember correctly, the rear bed slide on the Outback Terrain extends about 55-60 inches. If so, then a slide topper wouldn't work.
The link to the cab-over camper rear awning might work, provided there is some structure on the rear of your trailer to mount the base of the arms. I'm not familiar with how the end cap and frame on the Terrain models is fabricated and where the extension arms on a "cab-over awning" would sit in relation to the trailer framework.
