Cold air running down my neck!

The a/c in my Premier Bullet has a few air vents but the main vent, directly below the roof unit, cools the majority of the camper. The problem is the air blows straight down in front of the sink area. While I am prepping food it is freezing the back of my neck! Is their any modification I can do that would divert the air to blow out horizontally? I can invision some sort of plexiglas snap-on thing but I am not coming up with any ideas to make it happen. It look similar to this:

Any ideas?
