Adding Renogy 200W Suitcase solar

I am thinking of adding 200W Renogy suitcase solar to my existing 400i for my Cougar 22MLS.
What will I need in addition to connect it to the provided solar receptacle on the side of my trailer?
Thanks.

Welcome to the forum

As long as your portable solar has a controller, you only need to verify polarity at the plug.

if you have the zamp connector on your rv like i have you will need reverse polarity adapters……this is what i purchased along with renogy inline fuses for extra safety.
My keystone is a 2020 model and the zamp configuration is opposite of the renogy….verify yours is and that nothing changed on the solar panels either since 2020

On my 2020 the “solar ready” side port was only rated for 10amps. Check yours to see if it has changed. If you have the charge controller output running through that port, you could be pushing as much as 17 amps through it. (200w / 12v = 16.7 amps) That 17 amps potential is why it comes with a 20 amp controller.
