Howdy,

New to the solar system myself and have been studying the SolarFlex information posted by Keystone on the internet.

Hope the following link can find some information for you. Good luck

"New to the solar system myself"
Where from?? Sorry couldn't help myself
To Rodeo, If you're handy with a volt ohm meter, you can easily check the solar output.
I don't know anything about the "app" or software but operationally you can check what voltage is coming into the controller. That will tell you if the panels are connected. The controller should have it's own read out but that will vary based on the battery state of charge.
Your trailer wouldn't happen to be plugged into shore power while looking at the solar app by chance??

I'm new to the solar arena as well, but have been watching videos and reading a lot of articles and forum posts.
I too have the Solarflex 400i.
Install the VictronConnect app and it should auto update any firmware if needed when you connect to any installed devices.
Here's an online manual:

There should be a disconnect somewhere between the solar panels and your solar charge controller. Did you check to make sure that that is on? As canonman said, get a volt meter where the solar leads go into solar charge controller to see if you have voltage.

A solar charge controller will only put out power that is needed. Even if you have lots of sun, but the battery is full, and there are no other DC loads, there won’t be any solar wattage coming in. If it’s always zero watts that’s not likely the case, but just worth noting. I have 800 W of solar but when my batteries are full, there’s only 15 W coming in because that’s what my DC loads are drawing 24-7. Make sure your battery disconnect is not off.

Get the Victron Connect app installed. Once that is done, load the solar charge controller device in the app and go to the “history” tab and see if there is any power coming in at any time.

Those are a few things to start looking at.

Solarflex 400i

You will need to install the Victron app and connect to the controller
As stated take some readings
PV voltage and battery voltage (this is done on the solar controller)
Have serial number of controller (the app will read and give this)
The app will also notify if firmware update is needed
Also the app will tell you if there any errors present

Then while connected call 574-262-3688
This number is a support line from the US distributor of the solar controller
(Keystone support gave me this number)

After talking to tech he identified my controller was defective
Get his info then go to dealer for replacement
If you do get replacement there is certain way to reconnect. If not followed you can damage new controller
