Trippin' and full time

Getting ready for our 2nd outing in our 2018, 2520 passport. Really enjoyed first shot, no issues and full enjoyment. Giving another local tryout after this, then heading on an early fall 5 state run starting in MI to ME via OH, PA, NY & MA.
Planning on spending about 3 weeks in ME (our son lives there) before heading back home, and if all works out, after a respite, we'll be heading to Florida for the winter.
My wife has spent some time looking into going full time RVing. We have a lot of house and a lot of......stuff. The idea is very appealing, but, I know we need more truck and more trailer before that's a reality. Any experiences from full timers would be welcome. I'm 66 wife is 61.

We have contemplated full timing a few times, but, nothing trumps the room of a big house (or 3), shop, barn and room to do anything you want (all paid for). We are retired so we can keep all that and travel as we see fit. I'm better than DW, but being confined to an RV, no matter what size, without our shops, barns, and all the "stuff" we have in all of our "buildings", and the things we can do with all of them, would be unbearable.

For us, it is unimaginable to set ourselves in an RV park, or even on 100 acres, and live in 400 sq. ft. JMO YMMV

I agree with sourdough . I have friend we travel with that are full time . Tyler has friends and places he likes and dislikes . I have meet people berg how much they save by staying at casino parking lot there almost hermits. Most full timers would like to find that place where they can call home . I need a place shop where I have tool to keep the wheels rooling being on road rvs need attention maybe calling them high maintenance. I come home to do a little maintenance zone out where on the road 6 or more months a year .
