Keystone RV: King of Towables
Here is a link to a puff piece about Keystone RV that was published in the April edition of RV Pro:
https://rv-pro.com/features/keystone...IyMTMyOTA0MAS2
If they are going to keep increasing production of these things, someone needs to start building some new camp grounds.

Merlin, I have seen puff pieces before, but I believe this one is in the running for the crown. What do you suppose Keystone paid for this, uh, news article?

From what I remember of the Horse Show "Grand National" Circuit about 30 years ago, if you bought a two page "full color" ad... (about 500 1990's dollars)you got a "Feature Article/Interview" in the next months issue of that rag.
I'm sure the price has probably gone up ten fold or better! LOL

I for one would like to get my hands on that "color coded" wiring they claim to use. That would be handy...

It's probably highly proprietary! In fact I doubt that anyone at Keystone even knows......[emoji41]
However I may have cracked it. Red is +12 volt, black is - 12 volt. White sheath 120 volt is 15 amp, yellow sheath is 20 amp, orange sheath is 30 amp. And then there's a bunch of other colors too.

Surely you jest!! I’d hate to have to learn a completely different set of standards.

I follow our dealer on Facebook, and whenever a customer picks up their new rig they put up a photo of them. The last few weeks they have been posting 5-10 a day, about 2/3 are Keystone.

Look at it another way...soon, all the rv parks in the country will be filled to max and reservations will be 1 or 2 years out. At the same time, all the luxury (and slightly less-than-luxury) hotels will be empty as ghost towns and renting their rooms at bargain basement prices.
So, when this all comes to fruition, we can sell the rv and rent a room at a "luxury" hotel! Of course, you will then have to deal with surly hotel staff, sort of clean rooms and linens, a bedspread that you wouldn't want your dog to sleep on and bed bugs. On second thought, I'll keep the rv even if I have to pay to park in the empty hotel parking lot.
