Since there’s been a few shower questions...

I have one too!

I came across someone who installed the photo below (well, not the photo technically but a similar product ) in their shower on another forum. So curiosity got the best of me and I had to go looking for what it was. A thermostatic shower valve. We have a similar thing in our S&B, but never considered for the camper. Any thoughts here if anyone has done it or just thoughts on it in general? I’m a little intrigued since it was said there is no more cold shot every time when you turn on the shower head in the middle of the shower.

Link to the valve on amazon - keep in mind while looking at price there are different price points too. They aren’t all this expensive. https://www.amazon.com/Grohtherm-2-H...grohtherm+1000

Ours in our S & B had the safe stop set too low at the factory. It only allowed a relatively cool shower. We had to return it and just never purchased another.

Chip, we gave some thought about starting a fund to finance your wish, but when going to the matinee the subject of soda and popcorn came up and "poof" your money was gone.....sorry.
In case someone has a spare $500:

It's the thought that counts....did you get butter on the popcorn?

Just installed one I got off Amazon for $39. So far I am super impressed. It is made of brass so it is heavier than the plastic faucet. I used a plastic cutting board to make a mount.Click image for larger version

MegaRam,

Let me know what you think of it after a few weeks use please? After bumping the knobs with my elbow during every shower this weekend, I’m thinking harder about getting one. Along with finally changing out the shower head to the Oxygenics one...

Thank you!

Do you have a link to the $39.00 one?

For $500 I'll go have someone at a spa bathe me and get a massage as well!
