A/c units

Last season I had to have the rubber membrane replaced on my 2015 raptor. When we got the trailer back in September I used the trailer for one last time for the season. I noticed the a/c units where blowing the air out through the foam filter instead of out the A/c ducts. I'm thinking there is a wire reversed and the fans are rotating in the wrong direction from when they reinstalled the units after replacing the roof. Of course the dealer says not possible. Any body have any ideas?

There is 3 wires for the motor-110VAC, so they are wired right if the unit operates. Sounds like the ceiling assembly was installed backwards- that IS possible.

Ceiling assembly? Is it a matter of switching wires or do the units have to be removed from the roof?

The unit is held in place by a plate with a screw at each corner. Then what you “see” is attached to that. I’m wondering if the part you see isn’t mounted backwards.

Are we referring to the cover inside on the ceiling or the entire unit outside on the roof when you talk about unit being held in place by a plate with screws at each corner.
