Are the tank heaters AC or DC?

My 23 221umd has fresh, black, and gray tank heaters. Are they functional without shore power?

You should also be aware that heaters and fans [furnace blower] are very hard on 12 volt batteries.

Tank heaters are roughly 65 watts, that’s not a lot IMO.

Now an RVIA registered tech. Retired from Law enforcement in 2008 after 25+ yrs.
