How to change a black tank drain

I have a 2021 couger 316rls 5th wheel. How do I change the black tank drain valve. I believe a seal has come out of place and is jamming the valve.
Thanks

We’ll flush with fresh water well, then either drop the belly covering, or cut an access panel, then with access to the valve, you can disassemble the valve and reseat the seals.

i think i’d get a cheap sewer pipe camera and literally “scope” things out first…to see if its clogged with something else that you may be able to free without disassembling everything.
