2012 Bull premier 19fbpr and its lack of rangehood vent

I don't like the fact that the range hood is not vented, nor do I wish to cut a hole in the side of my RV. But my range hood sits next to the refrigerator. Do you think it is possible using a flex vent pipe to vent it up the refrigerator vent?
