In command global connect won't connect
I have paired my phone to the system and can control everything. I can't get it to connect with global connect. I keep getting a message that says "cloud disconnected".
Both the system and my phone are both connected to wifi.
Any one have any ideas.

Welcome from northern MN. Try listing under travel trailer or fifth wheel depending on what you have, you might get a better response.

You say that inCommand controls everything. Great start. What more are you trying to control with it?

Calling ASA is best bet.
Help on website - last step also says to call them.

Cobra0632, I had the exact same problem, started 5 months ago while camper was in storage. I could no longer turn on AC when it got hot because global connect did not work. When I got to the camper Bluetooth connect worked fine but I could not get global connect to log in on my phone or the iN·Command key pad. I called support 800-688-3135 and they made me update software but that did not fix the problem. She had to reinitiate my account. Once she did I logged back in and all was good, turned off Bluetooth and global connect worked! Both me and the wife can now control everything from all our devices anytime, anywhere.

I had the same issue and apparently fixed it by procrastinating calling ASA. My DC said login failed every time I tried to connect to Global Connect. Today I went out to it with the intention of calling ASA. When I accessed the DC it said there was a DC update available. After downloading and installing, Global Connect logged in with the previously stored account info and GC works perfectly again. Never underestimate the power of procrastination ;-)

One of my 7 Rules of Life; "Time heals almost everything, give it time."
However, before that little pearl of wisdom, I used to abide by; "Never do today what you can put off until tomorrow". That started to be unrealistic 35 years ago and now I am just the opposite; "do the things you dread first, and the rest is the best".

25 years ago I worked for a retail company that was very dominant in the business world. I was running their new construction for the east coast. The company was constantly morphing and reacting to the competition. When I first started one of the executives gave me some very sage advice. He said "wait for the third email before doing anything." He was right, by the third email they either figured out what they actually wanted or they gave up on idea and said " never mind".
While I'm an admitted Type A personality I don't like to procrastinate. That being said, I have learned that sometimes "waiting for the 3 rd memo is the prudent course.
