If your Pullrite slider is adjusted properly, it will not be noisy. You need that front bolt adjusted so when the slider is full forward, it will be tight, and it will not make any noise and will not bang around back and forth.

As my sig says I have a 2015 GMC 2500HD CC, SB, with a 21K Demco Hijacker Autoslide Hitch. Love the automatic feature as I do not have to remember to manually slide the hitch in tight spots. I have not been in a 90 degree situation but I have done a 180 degree turn with no problems. I haul a 2015 Alpine 3101RL.

Steve enjoy your new truck and the slider.

Yep, I keep it adjusted. It doesn’t seem to ever be as “tight” or”solid” as I think it should. I just don’t like the way it operates.

2013 Ram with PullRite Super Slide. 2014 Montana High Country. I didn't know about sliders when I bought the truck but I am sure glad the original truck owner did. I appreciate the peace of mind the auto slider gives. I have seen two cab- trailer collisions at Montana Owners Club rallies. I guess the two owners of curved front 5ers didn't need sliders before their rear windows and posts were crunched.

I pull with a short bed 2015 ram 2500 and a Reese slider (which I hate!!!). My problem is if the truck and 5th wheel are not on level ground, I can cause the cap and truck to touch. Don't ask how!!!!! In a flat parking lot I can go 90 degrees easy!

New pullrite auto slide on order!!!!

I have one and it still makes noise. I agree that adjusting the stop-bolt is a good idea, but the design of the slider, which rides on these composite plates, creates flex that can't be taken out by the front bolt.

Yup. It's not noise free.

New guy here chiming in. I just brought this home Thursday and was very happy with my turning capabilities. I'm sure I can get ever bit of 80 degrees with no issue. And with the ability to pull the hitch out in just a couple of minutes by myself is just an added bonus.

May just be the photo or my bad eye, but the truck bedside & rv look awfully close.

Are you talking about The cap and cab? Thats why I have the Pullrite Superglide. The RV slides back automaticly when I turn.

Jimmy, I believe he was talking about the bottom of the nose of your 5ver and the top rail of the bed of your truck. However, upon closer inspection I believe your distance is about correct.
