Well, we're looking forward to this year's camping season. Next year though, we're going to move our season up into cooler weather. We have now had 6 summers end to end and frankly, I'm over summer!
We have been in the US for summer then returned to Oz and had another summer, then back to the US rinse, repeat.
We have to do one more summer so we can catch Oshkosh in July.
Yeah, I know, first world problems... :-)

Rain, rain go away...….here is East TN we are saturated and expecting 4-6 more inches through the week. There have been some mud/rock slides onto roads and localized flooding. The ground is soft and can not hold trees any more and the dams in the area are open dealing with the heavy inflow of water. Just a heads up for those who may want to comedown.

I feel your pain! Rain every two days or so from December on. Expecting more rain for the next 6 days here in Middle TN. I bought a 2019 Cougar 29BHS on 12/31 and haven't had a decent two days to set it up. I am determined to work on it this weekend rain or shine! I can't stand to wait any longer! I look forward to heading your direction camping this spring and enjoying the beautiful mountains.

Our first big road trip is planned for May but I hope to get out for some Arizona desert spring camping here pretty soon.

Was in your area last year ken56, visited anchor downs and booked a spot for 2020. We stayed in pigeon forge. And yes as far as the weather goes its the same here rain, snow, sleet, 50 warm the 20 and remain it has been relentless to say the least.

Oh Lordy, me too!! Spring is still 3 months away here, though we sometimes get away with using the TT in April.
Was soooo dry here last year that "fire season" was down right scary. I kept the trailer and TV hooked up all summer in case of a needed quick exit. That said it is hard to be discouraged with more snow and I don't want to jinx this nice moisture but................ I am so ready for warmth.

I feel for our northern forum members. Taking our 1st outing of the season next Wednesday to Lake Tawakoni SP and will be visiting the First Monday sales in nearby Canton while there. Can't wait so I'm not sure I could handle having to wait 2 or 3 more months like some do.

I agree. I’m tired of the rain. We have standing water everywhere. The rain has been relentless. If I wanted to pull the 5er out now I’d have to put the dually in 4WD. Today it went up to 48 and tomorrow it’s down to 28.
