Cincinnati to Niagra Falls

Planning a trip to the Canadian side of Niagra Falls next year. Looking for a recommendation for a stop over on the way up and back. Might check out Clays Park Resort on one of the trips. We would like one more place to stay that is roughly the halfway point: northeast Ohio, northwest Pennsylvania, or southwest New York. We would have multiple families with kids in the 2-12 range.

Thanks!

We stayed at the Westfield/Lake Erie KOA (8001 E Lake Rd, Westfield, NY 14787) several years ago at the tail end of the Memorial Day weekend; lots of kid-centered activities were going on. It is opposite a large park and within spitting distance of Lake Erie. At the Falls we stayed at the Cinderella Motel & Campgrounds (2797 Grand Island Blvd, Grand Island, NY 14072). It was pretty quiet, but there was plenty of space so the kids can play.
