Shower drain leak - 2015 Cougar 337fls

Hello:

We have developed a leak in the shower drain of our 337fls.

The shower is raised about 4 inches off the floor with the drain a bit above floor level. We noticed a leak yesterday, and elbow and connecting pipe from dealer. Issue is that as the floor of the shower is elevated above coach floor and not fully supported, some flex at the shower drain. Has anyone addressed this matter? We also can’t get the new part installed as manufactured used pipe glue on threaded section (not supposed to), and we can’t get new connecting pipe threaded on enough to align with the elbow.

Thanks
