Lost keys

I have recently lost our only set of keys to our 5th wheel. I’ve searched everywhere with no luck finding them. What would be the easiest and quickest way to get another set, if that’s even possible?

The easiest way, would be to pay a locksmith to re-key them all the same (and make several sets). That won't be the cheapest way, though.

For your outside compartments, many will be a CH751 key, and I’m not sure what other types of locks you have outside. For your entry door lock, you may have a Fastec lock. Take off the inside handle and there should be a sticker with a key code. Our lock assembly broke a couple years ago and I ended up with a Trimark assembly. I wanted a couple extra keys for it, so I went on easykeys.com. They have the Cole Hersee keys, (the CH751, unless you know it’s different), and they also have Fastec keys. You just go to their RV Keys & Locks section and browse the numbers. I ordered a couple extra keys for our Trimark lock, and they were delivered in less than a week. If you have different locks, say maybe on slam door locks, you will have to determine what they are too. All this is much cheaper than getting a locksmith to do the keys onsite.

Maybe time for a keyless lock system. I'm going to install system on both my doors...
Tired of looking for keys.

Many have used this to get replacements and have reported good services.

future suggestion to all. Make many copies of your keys. hide a set somewhere outside your trailer. I put an extra set in my propane tank area.

more than once I had to climb in through a window (in my old) 5th wheel.

Are you locked out? If so, you might find a locksmith helpful. If you are not locked out but just need keys, change the door lock. They are cheaper than a locksmith. You get several sets of keys with a new lock.

And or if not locked out, check the door lock, they have the key code inside, just order the same keys that fit the locks. You need to unscrew the lock from the inside to read the number. That is on the FIC locks.
