Generator in TH

Is the generator in my Raptor 332 supposed to operate both AC. Mine only wants to run in front.

According to the Dometic owner's manual, a 5500 watt generator is minimum to operate two air conditioners. What did your dealer say when you asked the question?

Your generator may only be connected to one leg of your shore power. If so, and the air conditioners are on separate legs (typical) then only the air conditioner that's connected to the powered leg will have power applied to it.

You might want to check your transfer switch to be sure it is applying power to both legs of the input power.

I think I see the problem

Your Onan 5500 is definitely capable of running both AC's. Sounds like a wiring problem as John suggested.
