Solar battery charge solution for a TT in storage

I want to able to "maintain" a pair of Trojan T-105 6 volt batts mounted on the a trailer tongue.

These batts should have a full charge from over the road charging prior to placing in storage and are brand new.

The storage term is likely to be 3 to 4 months before taking out again.

With a batt disconnect switch in the off position, would these batts lose enough charge over this time period in storage to be a concern?

If it is a concern, what output solar charger would be necessary to "maintain" these batts in a full charge state?
And if a low output charger would do the trick, at what point would a charge controller be necessary to prevent any overcharge "boil out", if any"?

Right now, I am looking at a Schumacher SP 200 solar charger that puts out 2.4 watts according to the specs and is at an attractive price.
Would a charger of this output do the job I am hoping it will and confirm no charge controller would be necessary?

If you have household 110 nearby have you considered using a battery tender that you can just plug in?

I would love to do exactly that, over a solar powered charger, but, there is no outlet available.

I've only briefly looked at setting up solar for our trailer, but it appears that you almost always need a solar controller to prevent overloading the batteries. The controller will shut off the juice after the batteries are full and open up the flow if they dip down again.

Most solar panels come with a voltage regulator. Either as part of the package or as an option. Necessary in my opinion.
