I ask, because I am. Originally pulled my 247FWRLLS with a 1/2 ton. All adjustment has been used to decrease height of pinbox. I'd like to get weights between axles, no difference in pressure or temp by TPMS though, don't "think!" I'm transferring too much weight to rear axle. Considering blocking up trailer to get a more level position.
Mine is stock from the factory. It measures 32 inches from the ground to the center of the cutout on the skirt for the wheel. Mine came with the springs on top of the axle.
It does look like mine sits higher than yours though.

new rig

Upgraded from a 2007 hemi 1500 to a 2011 cummins 2500 to pull my hideout 280lhs. I haven't had a chance to tow with it yet. I'm hoping my hitch setup will still work.

I hope this little dog can tow. 2015 Ram 1500. Hemi, 3.90 gears, 4x4 should be OK. May consider switching to a 2500 when this lease is up.

Some states do not permit double towing (2 trailers), some do with special licensing, some have a 65' total length limit, some have a 75' limit, some have even longer limits. Some permit double towing with travel trailers, some restrict it to fifth wheel/gooseneck trailers only.

Check your state's specific laws and remember that there is no reciprocity with double towing. If the state you're passing through doesn't allow it, you can't "ignore their laws" based on your home state's rules.

Check to be sure of this, but I don't believe North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia or West Virginia allow double towing. Typically, east coast (densely populated areas) don't permit double towing while Midwest/west states (less populated) do allow more than one trailer.

Double pulling is legal in North Dakota. Roads are full of this setup on the weekends. But check your laws

Oh, she can tow. You may want to consider some $79 Airlift 1000 airbags to rid the rear of sag, help eliminate sway and keep the geometry of your WD hitch setup consistent. Our rear coils are very soft for this type of work and can use a little help.

Upgraded the lighting for those country back roads. 4500k HID, CCFL Halo's and Led running lights, 6000k LED fogs lights, LED tail and third brake light and a 20" Rigid E series light bar.
