New RV A/C swivel vents installed.

They fit perfect on the existing vent frame. Easy mod. Now, we can have better zone control of temps while the A/C is running.

LPG Tank Level sensors and Bluetooth receiver

This worked very nice for our first trip. 2 sensors are magnetically secured to the underside of each tank. The android app is more precise and includes battery %. But for a quick check, it's nice to have a dedicated readout near the coach's main switches.

LED accent lighting

Had 5 meters of blue LED light strip in my inventory. Decided to add accent lighting over the main slide. Ran a switch down the adjacent wall.

AC outlet and wall switch installed

Needed a 120 volt outlet near the living room slide. What easier way than to pick up power at the converter and power panel.

New DC water pump

Had some time to swap out water pumps. Out with the Flojet; in with the Shurflo.

Installed 4 components to the system:
1. SHURflo 4008-101-E65
2. Camco 36543 Pump Converter Winterizing Kit
3. Twist on Pipe strainer
4. SHURFLO 94-591-01 Pump Silencing Kit

Last, I sized and cut up a 1/2 inch rubber mat to mount the SHURflo pump on. I also sound insulated the sides and top of the bedside cavity that houses the pump with 2" foam.

All I can say is unbelievable! If you're on the fence with replacing your Flojet pump, don't think twice. DO IT! The noise and vibration reduction is significant (probably 75% reduction for both). The SHURflow is dramatically quieter than the Flojet even without the other modifications. I should have replaced the OEM pump last season. Would have saved me sleepless hours.

I'm on a roll...

New LED light strip for the passthrough and repeater for my TPMS aystem all wired to 12 volt led switches in a plastic junction box. Tested the repeater by unhitching and moving the truck 30 feet away. Signal never faded. Without the repeater, a random tire would not transmit more often than not.

Did you mount the LEDs to the ceiling or the slide? How did you run the wires? I was thinking about doing this but wasn't sure where to run wires and get power easily.

Soft. I had some foam board I attempted to cut but the area being covered has too much framing and orifices to contend with. The 'run-of-the-mill' 2" soft foam I had left over from another project was easy to cut and join together. Placed a foam layer under the top panel too. Came out better than expected.

To the wall behind the slide trim. I ran the wires behind the adjacent pantry and down to the compartment that houses my converter and power distribution panel. Spliced into the 15 amp fused wire that feeds the existing ceiling lights. If your distribution panel is on the other side of the coach, I'm unsure of where you'd pick up 12 volts. Maybe the slide overhead lights themselves?

Self tapping screws with flat washers into the aluminum framing.

Any chance you could post a couple pics of how / where the hitch was welded onto the trailer. Was it welded to the frame, or to the two extensions the 'bumper' is attached to ? I need to do something similar to our 243BHS, but it looks like the underbelly needs to come down to attach anything directly to the frame.

Thanks !

The mount I use is a simple flush mount that uses 4 wood screws to secure it to the wall. Any modern LED flat screen (32" or smaller) should hold up nicely. I added a support strap to the bottom bezel to help secure it during travel.
