Coeur d'Alene Id to Biggs Junction. Or

Just wondering if the quickest route is the Washington side on 14 or the Oregon side on 182 to 90? Have never taken the Washington side. It looks shorter.

Quickest would be I84 on the Oregon side. I would rather take 14. Better view of the river and dams/locks. There are several ways to go - all freeway or almost all secondary. There is some very nice scenery either way. I might opt for 14, then jog down to 730 at Umatilla then 12 Walla Walla, then 12 to Lewiston then 95 to Coeur d' Alene. But that's me - YMMV.
