We've never owned a Zeppelin, but I can offer these suggestions:
Ask about the age of the tires, or check the tire 'date code'. If they're still the original tires (5 yrs old now),
they'll likely need to be replaced 'soon'. A short discussion on the forum a few days ago, (good info) here:

There was a Dometic refrigerator recall (not specific to Keystone) which included 2004-2007 RV's.

Water intrusion has the potential to become a costly nightmare
Check for any exterior roof damage, or signs of repair/patches; plus any gaps or obvious signs that caulking or sealant
(around A/C, vents, skylight, etc) needs repair. Check the interior for any bubbles, warps, soft spots or water circles on
the ceiling, walls, floors & around windows... any obvious signs of water leaks or damage.
