According to the specs used in the following ref the trailer has 5080# GAWR axles and they are fitted with ST225/75R15D tires. IMO those tires need to be immediately upgraded to LRE and inflated to 65 PSI. Wheel and stem capacities would have to be able to accept the 65 PSI.
