Accessing Under Floor Leak

I have a leak that I believe is originating at the fresh water tank. I have wood flooring and the undercarriage is enclosed with a single piece of corrugated cardboard-type material.

My question - What will I encounter when I pry up the flooring to access the leak? What is entailed in replacing the floor planking? It seems an easier route than slicing into the one piece underneath.

Thanks for the assistance!

Remove coroplast (corrugated cardboard-type material), do not remove flooring.

Agree totally! DO NOT cut the flooring!!!!
You cut the coroplast & make a seam or 2 across the rv then screw it back on & using a specific tape ( can't recall the name) to close the seam.

You should be able to access the tank from underneath. Drop the coroplast and you'll be able to get to the tank. This is a view of the tank in my trailer from underneath.

Tell us why you believe that is where the problem is coming from and how did you find it. So many of us have dealt with leaks we have some better tips or advice.

I think the tape you will need is called SCRIM tape.
