Norcold N811LT refrigerator reset

I own a 2007 Keystone Raptor MP299 toyhauler and have a problem with my Norcold N811LT refrigerator LED panel light flashing 5 times as a problem code. I have looked online for a fix and from what I can tell it needs to be reset. I have tried power off and see there is a reset with a Terminal Block P1, terminal 15 to ground reset. Problem my circuit board doesn't have a terminal 15. Has anyone had this problem and can kindly give advise? Thanks for any help.
