Welcome to the forum
I believe your skiing where to hook up the sewer hose correct? There will be a 3” ABS fitting on the drivers side of the trailer, and it should have a cap on it. Very common for there to be one outlet for all the waste tanks.

You should have a convenience center similar to the one in these photos. There are three hose connections. They should be as described here, but may differ, so due diligence is required.
The top should be city water hookup, the next down should be the connection to draw antifreeze into the system and the bottom one should be the black tank flush. Be sure, initially, to also check that the anti-siphon valve (usually located under the bathroom vanity) is not leaking. If it is broken or leaking, you will not only deliver water to your black tank, you'll also "fill the vanity" with water. It's "clean, fresh" water, but still a "mess to clean up" !!!
Your specific convenience center may differ from this one which are a 2016 Fuzion Chrome model.

Our anti-siphon valve broke, and we flooded under our vanity. At the time, we were trying to flush the black tank, and seriously the first thought is "Oh NO!, it's pushing that poop water all over the inside of my RV!"
Whew, but definitely a concern at first.
