285SBH Soft, squishy floor

So I have a 2017 Keystone Laredo 285SBH that I purchased in August 2017.

It is still under warranty.

In the bathroom near the heater vent and between the floor supports, the floor has become very soft. To the point that when the furnace is running, you can step there and hear the heat duct make a "oil can" noise when the floor squishes down.

I have read about the floors being made of foam-plywood laminate. I am wondering if the adhesive has failed between the laminated plywood-foam layers?

Is this something a dealer would fix while still under warranty?
