Broken electric 5th wheel jack over retracted

Leveling the camper we lowered\retracted the jacks too far. When I jacked it back up the right hand jack wouldn't extend. The left one lifted the trailer (Montana 5th wheel) so I could hook up. Is there a fix for a jack that's been over retracted?

There are shear pins located on the top of each leg. They are located under under a little plate which just lifts off. You can get the rolled steel pins at home depot or lowes.
