Moisture Issues In Bullet Crossfire 2070BH
We just returned from our first long trip with our less than one year old camper and discovered major leaking and moisture issues. Has anyone else had issues like this with your Murphy bed over the storage area? Produced a wet mattress and warped the wood underneath. Also had water leaking under the sink and out from under the toilet. Not sure where the water is coming from since water doesn’t travel upwards. Seeing if anyone has a similar experience and what you found the issue to be. We have an appt next Tuesday to drop at the dealer.

Suspicious areas of water entry above that murphy bed and overhead storage would be the front cap/roof seam as well as marker lights. Very common areas that should be inspected and assessed at regular intervals throughout the year.
Water leaking under a sink could be anything from faulty faucet hardware, cracked fresh water line, or a poorly connected drain pipe. A much more detailed description is required to obtain ideas from members for a source of the water. Pictures are worth their weight.

The moisture for the Murphy bed seems to be coming up through the storage area. Under the sink, the water is coming up through the floor. There are no leaks above, which was strange. Attaching a picture for reference.

The problem with water penetration is that it collects at the lowest point and will cause the most damage there. In many cases, a roof leak will never show it's dirty head until there is damage to low lying areas (soft floor decking, warped flooring). Water will travel behind the filon without detection until, well...it's too late.
My other suspicion would be...did your return trip entail a trip through a rain storm? There can be underbelly penetration of water, maybe along the underside of an exposed wheel well. Just thinking out loud.

This showed up a day after we had a big storm. We didn’t move the TT, so our guess is it came from the top and through the wall to the floor.

If it's still under warranty, let the dealer handle the fix. Unfortunately, you may be without the trailer for some time. Spring has sprung and dealers are busier than ever with repairs and warranty claims.
If and when they fix this problem, pay special attention to your roof seams, especially that front cap. Try and visualize and assess the condition of the sealant (dicor) at least bi-annually. Reapply if needed. A $10 tube of Dicor is easier to deal with than a massive $$$ repair bill.

We have an appointment next week to have it looked at. We’ve only owned it about 8 months so we’re pretty frustrated.

If a sealant on the roof or an edge has gone bad it may not be covered under the warranty. Get on a ladder and inspect it yourself and reseal anything that even looks suspicious. Check around your side windows too.
