Grants Pass is a great place to live. I had the Husky Round Bar WDH installed with a Quest Brake Controller and it tows really well behind the Ridgeline. I will get it fully loaded for a weekend trip and off to the Scales I'll go to see what I've got to work with.

Took my new travel trailer through the scales today but due to heavy truck traffic couldn't disconnect the Trailer to check Tongue weight. Here's the info I did get though from the scale. With passengers 450lbs + a 110lb lab with a full gas tank with my WDH connected with 2 full 20lb Propane Tanks and a Freshwater Tank filled to capacity (30 Gal) my recorded weights were:

Ridgeline Front Axle 2700 lbs FGAWR is 3105

Ridgeline Rear Axle 2950lbs RGAWR is 3252

Ridgeline has a GCWR of 10085

Travel Trailer hitched to truck and fully loaded for a weekend trip weighed 4000 Lbs with both axles on scale. The Trailer is a 2012 Keystone Passport 195RB which has a Shipped not Dry Weight of 3815 lbs.

Does the WDH really distribute the weight to the axles that well? I had very little if any sag at the Tongue and it pulled fantastic so I think that I've been able to to come up with the perfect combination of Truck, Trailer and Weight Distribution Hitch. If you're vehicle has a limited Tow Capacity of 5000 lbs like the Ridgeline this just might be the Travel Trailer for you.
