What is the best way to unwinterize a 2007 Challenger with city water and plumbed sewer?

Hook up your water and hook up your sewer to those outlet and inlets.
Turn on fresh water and run it through every faucet and line, run as much fresh water as you can until you see no more pink water. then run it again. Twice through should be enough to get it clean. Thats about all I do to mine. BUT usually we do it first trip out in the spring. Because it cost money to just run water and then see it go down the drain unless you are on a well. Then making sure you havent over filled your sewer and grey water tanks just dump them like at the end of trip. This will get them some extra cleaning out too.

If you're talking strictly about the plumbing, I'd hook up a hose to the fresh water inlet, purge all the lines, THEN after they are clear of antifreeze, open the low point drains, purge them, THEN, close the low point drains, Fill the fresh water tank, add chlorine to sanitize it. Open the hot water heater bypass, fill the hot water heater (it will have bleach in the water). DO NOT turn on the HWH yet, run the faucets until you smell bleach at every hot and cold tap (don't forget the outside shower and toilet). Let it sit for 24 hours, drain and flush the fresh water tank, drain and refill the HWH, refill the fresh water tank and water heater with "clear, non-bleach water", This will effectively flush some of (but not all) the lines again.

Then, reconnect to the city water tap, flush the lines, once you do not smell bleach in the cold or hot water taps, turn on the HWH and check it for operation.

Then, find some place to dump your gray and black tanks......

Keep in mind this completely removes any protection from freezing in your entire plumbing system, so don't do it if there's a chance for additional freezing weather (unless you intend to re-winterize your system).

You will still need to check tire pressure, propane system, wheel bearings, roof structure and seals, and the host of other actions that are not plumbing related.

It depends on how you winterized.
If you used Pink antifreeze, then connected to the city sewer open all the tank valves, and start flushing with the faucets furthest from the water inlet. Then work back so all are open and no more pink is detected.
Now add a fair amount of water to the FW tank and repeat to clear the pump. The HW tank should remain on by pass during this time.
Then close all faucets, and open the pressure relief valve on the HW tank and flush the tank.
Close it all back up good to go.

If you blew the lines to purge of water, simply run in fresh water to purge the system of air.
Personally I blow the lines, as I winterize as many as six to eight times during the winter as we four season camp, and do this as part as the return to the storage yard. If the weather looks to be above freezing until next trip, I will wait.
