Morryde step above

Has anyone installed the morryde step above specifically on a bullet 272bhs? If so, may I have the part number you used and any modifications you needed to do to install them. I have searched all over the place for postings on such a topic specific to the 272bhs and can't find a thing.

All you need is the width of the door opening. THINK long and hard about putting them in. You will need a minimum width to deploy them, unless you clean them PRIOR to stowing them, all the dirt and crap will be inside your trailer. mounting requires about 8 screws through the lino….As you can see Im not a real fan of them. WE have installed many. There are better options IMO. Glow step is one

Cleaning them off before stowing them is no big deal. I am just concerned about the door not opening wide enough due to the awning support being next to the door.

That would be the sticker. All the steps we have installed or have come from the factory require the door to open far enough to clear the entire width of the opening.

I was just hoping someone actually put them on a 272bhs. Guess I might have to get out the measuring tape and wing it.

I doesn't really matter if someone has a rig "like" yours, there is no way that you, or anyone else, would want to step into a modification like you're looking at without "having to get out a measuring tape". With the measuring tape and due diligence you shouldn't be "winging it".

Different rig, but their work sheet is almost fool proof, do your measurements and pick your model.
Pros: big solid steps, trailer does not rock while using.
Cons: screwed to floor, door must be full open to operate, can dump some debris inside from treads.

Very happy with mine.
