MOFI4500 or WE826-T2 4G LTE WiFi Router

Anyone using a MOFI4500 or WE826-T2 4G LTE WiFi type router setup in their RV? I currently use a Verizon 8800L jetpack. The 8800L is battery powered and must be continuously monitored for battery usage to avoid the device from turning off from low battery. I currently use an Amazon Smartplug with several routines to keep it charged. However I am experiencing device disconnects over and over. I am looking at replacing the jetpack with a more permanent solution that is not depend on a battery. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience using any of the below products.

Products I have looked at:
1)MOFI4500 or WE826-T2 4G LTE WiFi Router

2)Winegard ConnecT 2.0 WF2 & 4G2

3)WiFi Ranger Sky Pro.

Thanks,
Glenn

I'm not sure why you're having problems with your jetpack, but remember, if you're trying to "upgrade connectivity" for the jetpack, it's a "cellular signal" not a "WIFI signal"... So, any "amplifier for the incoming signal" would need to be a "cellular amplifier" not a "WIFI amplifier".

Have you considered installing a USB plug connected to your camper battery? We use a Verizon jetpack and I simply plug the jetpack into the USB plug I installed above our radio.

All of the options you listed require either 120 VAC or 12 VDC to function. I'd suggest you install a permanent "reliable" 12 volt supply for your Jetpack and try that before spending upwards of $650 for some of those choices, only to find out your internet reliability isn't "that much improved"....

Thanks JRTJH. The issues I am having with the jetpack are internal I believe. I am trying to debug it now. I have excellent cellular signal and pull almost 70mbs download speed. The issue is the jetpack continuously removes the IP client then adds it back 2 seconds later causing a loss of connectivity between the jetpack and device. Sometimes the jetpack will dump all attached devices then add them back all at once. I was thinking it is related to the jetpack and was looking at providing a different device to use the sim card in to access the internet.

As for the battery. I use the jetpack 24/7 and it cannot remain on a power source continuously as it will destroy the battery over time and cause it to swell. With going with one of the devices I listed before it also solves this problem as I can provide power continuously.

We've had our Verizon jetpak for 7-8 years & it's been plugged into either 12 or 120 volt continuously except while traveling between sites. It has also worked flawlessly & will still stay charged for a couple days if unplugged.
