Greetings From Oregon

Michael and Sharon here. We are enjoying our "new" 2006 Cougar 5th wheel. This is rig number three for us. We started out with a 1993 33 foot Terry, which was our only home for five years. In 1999 we moved into a 12x36 foot Park Model for seven years. In 2001, we downsized 5th wheels to a 24 foot Forest River Sierra which we gave to our granddaughter in 2016. Bought a 2005 F350 crew cab last year and the Cougar this April. Been out every month since and loving it.

Northern coast is pretty clear. Most of the smoke seems to be in Southern Oregon. The Grants Pass area was real bad a few weeks ago, with visibility on I5 down to a hundred feet in areas.

RoadGlide, I'm in Ilwaco, WA and the smoke has been gone for 2 days, but tonight the clouds and some drizzle is back. We need the rain, believe it or not! But by Monday it's supposed to clear up. I think by the time you get here, it will be pretty nice.

I'm in the Willamette valley, and the smoke has been pretty bad, but the last two days have been clear.

Welcome

to the Forum from a bit north. Hope you love your Cougar 5er as much as we love ours. Will be dragging it down through your neighborhood on our way to the Shrewsbury Renn Faire in Kings Valley next week.

Winding down a month trip from Oregon and Washington north to south perfect weather for riding . That Columbia river on the Washington side is a lot oat better for riding . The Oregon folks are good on the forums and helpful with all the questions I ask about west coast . Welcome
