Riveting to walls???

Hey all. The wife has a couple rods she wants to mount to the walls in our Bullet 277. I was thinking about doing some pop rivets to secure the rod mounts but unsure how the walls will hold up to them. Should I just try to find a stud and use self tappers? Command strips are probably going to be the easiest and most non-invasive but I want something that's going to hold up to temp fluctuations and trailer movement. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
