Install Bidet

I am trying to install a Bidet on my Dometic Toilet.
The problem is the diverter to get water into the
Bidet is to big.
Any ideas or suggestions. The inlet hose is braided, if it was Pex i would just cut it and install an appropriate fitting and valve.
The attached pictures show the size difference.
And ideas?
Thanks in advance

Oh man I was just pondering doing the same thing in mine, and figured plumbing would be challenging. I hope somebody has a good solution for you so I can copy it! Will be interesting to see if I can even fit a decent model in, and find something to power the heater/dryer functions, if possible.

I put one in and had to buy this because the fittings on the RV "Terlet" are 1/2" https://luxebidet.com/product/cold-w...2-x-1-2-x-1-2/ also ordered this longer hose https://luxebidet.com/product/22-in-...2%bd-x-%c2%bc/

Another problem I ran into was that the round bowl (which I have) made me have the bidet pushed out as far as possible to allow the little jet to come fully down. We would have to sit way forward to get it to work. I ended up putting fender washers under the Bidet assembly to raise it so we could sit normally. Hope this helps.

I found the adaptors to make it work, I got them from Walmart.com
I had to cut an access hole to accommodate the length as you will note in the picture
