Awesome! Ours came home Wednesday, rain but no snow. Wife is still hoping for a quick trip to the S this fall, but I am not too confident. Mayber earlier than May for us though.
Picture looks like you got some vent covers before the trip home. I just installed one on the bathroom vent today. Probably will on the other sometime. I really want to install a fan on the 'kitchen' roof vent, especially since the range hood doesn't appear to vent to the outside.
Congrats.

Thanks, yes I did spring for 2 of them vent covers, hey if you get the fan put in the kitchen vent please share that information as it is something I want to do too. We just got home before the snow started again will see what we wake up to tomorrow. I wanted to heat it up with the furnace and put away my stuff .....or move in..lol

Make sure you check the water in the battery once a month. You don’t want to cook a new battery before you get to use it!

On my previous RV purchase the dealer recommended it be plugged over our cold winters so for 4 years I always plugged in my old camper 24/7 never had an issue the power converter has a smart charger and normally would not over charge a battery or boil it dry ...either way if it does happen in first year I will be after them for warranty

Don't take the "charging" for granted. You need to check those batteries. Warranty MAY cover it.....but if you have neglected maintenance it won't happen. And, it sure looks like your truck squats at the back. Is the WDH set correctly?

The battery was mentioned but make sure that the water system is winterized as well. Yjay would be even more of an issue.
As far as a deep cycle battery warranty is concerned, most are only 1 tear I found when one went bad at 13 months recently Ours is removed and a trickle charger hooked up to keep it charged over the winter.

Winterized
Thanks for the input........Yes the units coming to Canada are shipped winterized I guess they figured that one out! also I saw someone post about adding the winterization tube to the intake of the waterpump mine already has that, maybe another Canada requirement just like block heaters in our vehicles are standard I'm going out to light the furnace and play a little bit today its -5 celcius or equivalent to 25F will post some pictures later.

We receive "winterized" Rv's all the time here in Ca. It's not a govt requirement, as the factory doesn't know where a unit is going and when its leaving the plant unless its a factory order, and even those are coming to us full of pink stuff.

Where I live we get prolonged periods of winter at or below zero so I've always taken my batteries out and put them in my shop which is heated to a minimum of 36° when I'm not in there. I hook them up to a battery tender and have never experienced any water loss.
The camper itself is winterized, covered and unplugged.
The important thing for me is to get a peltier dehumidifier in there in the spring as soon as the temps allow.
