12 volt bypass fuse?

I have a 2017 Passport 2400BHWE. Is there a fuse in the 12 volt power cable from the batteries to the camper? Need to stop battery drain from propane leak detector, etc. if not For guess I need to install a bypas switch.

If you don't see a fuse in the battery lead to the junction box, then odds are when the wires are connected to the battery posts your trailer is powered. Cut off switch is easy to install. Popular one is this:
