extra canvas?

Just bought a Fuzion toy hauler with the Monster package. It comes with the pull down screen in the back but also came with a separate canvas enclosure that is supposed to go over the screen. Problem is that no one- not even the dealer knows how to attach it. Emailed Keystone but the have never replied or called. Any suggestions?

Maybe if you called Keystone direct, you may get an answer just a thought.
