Slide out jutter on 2016 cougar 28rls

We just bought a 2016 28RLS used and seems the slide has a bit of noise and jutter. The local dealer found a TSB on this issue. Has anyone had experience with this problem.

If your slide is a BAL cable driven Accu-slide, there has been plenty of discussion recently on 'studdering', 'vibrating', or 'juttering'. Lubricants applied to the underside of the slide that make contact with the bottom seal plate are a common source of the concern. Remedies usually are as simple as washing down the contact points of the slide and seal plate and applying a 'seal conditioner' instead. Talc or "baby powder" is an option that also works.

This problem should be posted on a different page so you get more responses. This is for tires only.
