What is this for??

Ok we bought this 2016 passport 2670BH a couple weeks ago. Quite different than the pop-up we had. Figuring out things as we go. ONE thing I cannot figure out is this pipe hardware that was stowed in the bumper. Can anyone help me figure this out? Thanks everyone. Great camping this weekend.

It appears to be a hose chute. Makes it easier to set up long runs from the waste valve to the septic opening

Thx. I thought that at first but it has a threaded 12 inch pipe at one end that is bolted in and the pipe has a few holes in. PLUS noticed the security sticker. Beats me. Thanks for the response.
